Incorrect Display In "My Work Queue" Screen (Doc ID 1128144.1)

In Lodestar EIP (Energy Information Platform) when viewing the Details tab of the My WQ Items screen, after expanding a record to view the details, the screen does not scroll correctly.

Step to Reproduce:
1. Log into EIP (Energy Information Platform)
2. Navigate to the My WQ Items scree
3. Select the Details tab
4. From the list, select [+] to expand a record.
5. Scroll either vertically or horizontally - the user interface will not scroll correctly.
