Symptoms

The user is getting :

"Fatal Error : cannot set role for ops$<USER>"

when attempting to do a Out of Study Batch Data Load.

Steps to reproduce:

Perform a Out of Study Batch Data Load.

This is only happening for the Out of Study Batch Data Load.
The same user is able to perform other batch jobs successfully.
