Workflow Selection Option Disabled When Tried Opening Case Using ‘Open Case’ Button. (Doc ID 1129363.1)

In AERS 4.6 When clicked on ‘Open Case’ button, below errors pop up.

1) Error description: “FRM-41337 Cannot populate the list from record group”
After clicking ‘OK’ to the error, another error popped up as follows
2) Error description: “FRM-40212 invalid value for the field DE_MODE”
After clicking ‘ok’ to this error, case ID was added. However, workflow selection drop down for LOVs was disabled.
Hence,  unable to select the workflow for the case.
