Goal

When users receive an email with a link to a Demantra worksheet, they login to the collaborator workbench and get a web page with the message: "You have successfully logged into the application. Closing the browser will cause the worksheets window to exit, please make sure you save all changes." The Java "swirl" animation runs for a few seconds and the message "Object Error" appears at the bottom left of the IE browser window. The worksheets however fail to appear.

The User then disabled the Next Generation Java Plugin as suggested in the Demantra Installation Guides and accessed the Demantra login page. The User then received "java fatal error" pop ups after entering user id and password.

The errors are as follows:

Java Plug-in Fatal Error Pop-up Window -
"The Java Runtime Environment cannot be loaded."

After Clicking “ok” yields:
Java Plug-in Fatal Error Pop-up Window -
Several Java Virtual Machines running in the same process caused an error.

What could be causing this?
