In Customer Center, Refreshing Large Accounts Takes Long Time

After openeing a large account in Customer Center, for example, an account with 275 services (with over 4,000 products); when we click on the refresh button, it is taking over 60 seconds.
In another customer setup, opening a large account itself was taking a long time.
