Goal

The table rule in Whitehill Designer has the ability to format columns with borders, underlines, colors, etc, but it only works in patterns.  So for instance you can format the first column or the last one, you can format the top row or the bottom row, and you can format every other row or every third row.  So a question we often hear from users is:

"How do I do special cell formatting on a specific column in the middle of a table rule?"
