Adjustment Window In Customer Center Service Login Is Prefixed With "Unknown"

If customer has a custom service and if, for example, the login is "borat_ab", the Customer Center -> Balance Tab -> Account Adjustment -> Select an ID in drop down menu, shows "<unknownborat_ab>" instead of "borat_ab": the Service Login is prefixed with "unknown".
Expected result is ""borat_ab" instead of unknow prefix.
