Adjustment Window In Customer Center Service Login Is Prefixed With "Unknown"

Information in this document applies to any platform.
If customer has a custom service and if, for example, the LOGIN=<LOGIN_ID>, the Customer Center -> Balance Tab -> Account Adjustment -> Select an ID in drop down menu, shows "<unknownLOGIN_ID>" instead of <LOGIN_ID>: the Service Login is prefixed with "unknown".
Expected result is <LOGIN_ID> instead of unknow prefix.
