Setting Of The End Date Is Not Consistent Across Close And Cancel Actions (Doc ID 1137273.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 7.3.1.0.0 version, setting of the end date is not consistent across CLOSE and CANCEL actions.

Steps to Reproduce :

1) Create an account which has start and end date set
2) Purchase some additional products or plans so that the account has more than one deal
3) Make sure that the end dates are set to " Never"
4) When a product/discount with end dates set as "Never" is canceled through product/discount/deal cancellation OR through service/account closure, the purchase/cycle/usage end dates should be set to the date of cancellation/closure, but Customer Center displays the end dates as "Never" instead of the date of cancellation.
