CCB - Why Doesn't The "%" Wildcard Character Work In The Premise Search Page? (Doc ID 1137439.1)

Purpose

When searching for an address in CONTROL CENTRAL, both "100 Market%"  OR "100 Market" will both display the same search results.

When searching for an address in Premise search (Main -> Customer Information -> Premise -> Popup window for premise search), "100 Market" will display the search results, however, "100 Market%" will NOT display any results.  Why is that?
