Customer Centre Display Problems

In 7.3.1 Customer Center client, there are three diplay issues:

1. Billing frequency in months in Payments tab is “type in” and not “drop down”. CSR may input invalid frequency.
2. The “Select an ID” in the balance tab gives the MSID and not NUM. This is confusing for the CSR.
3. Indentation of the summary tab. The values in the right column are hard to read.
