ASDL Spawning Condition Not Working For Index Parameter

Symptoms
In the cartridge, I have 1 CSDL mapped to ASDLs (ADD & DEL). ADD ASDL has 1 index parameter ADD_CHNL++, & DEL ASDL has 1 index parameter DEL_CHNL++.
Now, In CSDL, I set ASDL spawning condition that if ADD atomic action label (ADD_CHNL++) is Defined, then only execute ADD ASDL. Also, if DEL atomic action label (DEL_CHNL++) is Defined, then only execute DEL ASDL.
In an order, I have parameters like ADD_CHNL1, ADD_CHNL2, DEL_CHNL1 & DEL_CHNL2.
On executing the order, none of the ASDL executed & work order completed.
I tried various spawning conditions but did not work for me. Can you suggest correct spawning condition for such a requirement?
