Symptoms
PROBLEM

Trying to configure a Demantra instance on Linux.
Deployed the Engine War file on OAS, Running an engine on Linux, and getting the following error message:
ERROR DB_OracleConnection:Open threw an exception. Error: 12705 ORA-12705: invalid or unknown NLS parameter value specified
STEPS

Deployed the engine war file on OAS
Run Engine on Linux
Error message Displayed
In the Engine Manager log :
