Problem With Promotion Tab In Customer Center (Doc ID 1143663.1)

Symptoms

Customer Center is not refreshing the correct promotion tab data and it is showing contents for incorrect account.

To Reproduce:

1. Open CC and login as user.
2. Search account_1, open it, and go to Promotion tab, select TELEPHONY service.
3. Search account_2, open it, and go to Promotion tab, select TELEPHONY service.
4. Search account_3, open it, and go to Promotion tab, select TELEPHONY service.
5. Search account_4, open it, and go to Promotion tab, select TELEPHONY service.
6. Search account_5, open it, and go to Promotion tab, select TELEPHONY service.
7. Close account 4 and 5
8. Search account_6, open it, and go to Promotion tab, select TELEPHONY service.
9. Search account_7, open it, and go to Promotion tab, select TELEPHONY service.
10.Again search account_2, open it, and go to Promotion tab, select TELEPHONY service.
11.Search account_8, open it, and go to Promotion tab, select TELEPHONY service.

When you open Account_8, in promotion tab there is data from Account_5.
