ERT Override From Storm Man is 1 Hour Off When Displayed on Work Agenda (Doc ID 1145413.1)

Symptoms

When an ERT(Estimated Restore Time)/ETR override time is entered using Storm Man, the time that is displayed in Work Agenda is exactly one hour sooner than the time entered.  It also appears to be stored in the database one hour off.
