FRM-40735, ORA-01422 When Opening Specific Cases in AERS (Doc ID 1145414.1)

When opening specific cases and modifying any field the following error occurs.


FRM-40735 KEY-COMMIT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01422.
ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
ORA-06512: at "AERS1.AERS_DICTIONARY_API", line 574
ORA-06512: at "AERS1.AERS_DICTIONARY_API", line 986

The error does not occur for all AERS cases.

Running Batch Reclassify against these cases also results in the following errors returned:

Lock of case id:2007S1000002 failed with Lock manager error number:3.
