BASE_COST is the Original Cost of the Item, which would be the same as UNIT_COST of ITEM_SUPP_COUNTRY table. Is BASE_COST of FUTURE_COST table equal to UNIT_COST of ITEM_SUPP_COUNTRY table ?
If there are multiple locations for the same item supplier, will BASE_COST of FUTURE_COST table be modified as FUTURE_COST and stored at item/location/supplier level?
Data model also says  "Base cost of the SKU/supplier/country at the given location", kindly confirm.
Does BASE_COST of FUTURE_COST table would remain unaffected throughout the life of the item and if it is the first unit cost user enters in ITEM_SUPP_COUNTRY?
Kindly confirm if the UNIT_COST of ITEM_SUPP_COUNTRY table will be updated when I do cost changes. If yes, then will BASE_COST of FUTURE_COST table also be updated for cost changes?
If the above is true,Where can the first UNIT COST be found ?
