Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 7.3.1.0.0 version, extra charge on suspend period for future start product after resume.

Reproduction Steps:

2010/01/01 08:00:00 Create Account with DOM 10.
2010/01/01 08:00:00 Purchase a product with relative start days to 40 , Product MCF with value $60.
2010/01/10 08:00:00 Run Bill.
2010/01/18 10:00:00 Suspend Product.
2010/02/10 08:00:00 Run Bill.
2010/02/20 10:00:00 Resume Product.
2010/03/10 08:00:00 Run Bill.

After billing on 03/10  the Bill-in-Progress shows $120.

Expect the formula is $60* (18days [20 Feb to 10 Mar] / 28 days [10 Feb to 10 Mar]). If correct, the charge should be $38.57.

Expected test result is $98.57 in 10 Mar bill.
10 Feb to 10 Mar, $38.57
10 Mar to 10 Apr, $60
