Symptoms


Error message:

"No active, valid casebook is defined for the study. Please contact your help."

is displayed in RDC Onsite Test Mode trying to open the casebook.

Steps to Reproduce:
  • Connect to RDC Onsite.
  • Select a patient.
  • Select Open Patient Casebooks, then [Go].
