Start And Stop TIMOS Process Generating A Core (Doc ID 1149103.1)

Several core dump scenario have been identified in production:

1) at startup,
2) when secondary DMTimos (in a HA configuration) is shut down for maintenance, also primary goes down unexpectedly,
3) during shutdown.

Note that for case 1 <Patch 9012540> was also tried, which didn't solve the problem.

A fragment of a core stack trace for case 1 is the following, showing a problem related to the "ThreadChart" object:
