Unable to Save Database Server Details Configuration After OFSAAI New Installation or Clone (Doc ID 1149833.1)

On Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications Infrastructure (OFSAAI) version after successful installation of Infrastructure or clone, when attempting to complete Infrastructure configuration after clicking save on the Server Details -> Database Server screen, the screen hangs and does not return.

Expect the screen to save and configuration to complete.

 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Successfully install Infrastructure 7.1
2. Start the Web Server and the Infrastructure Server
3. Go to System Configuration -> Server Details -> Database Server
4. Fill in Database Server Details and Save


New installation of Infrastructure or new clone or migration to new server.
