Goal
Often a customer would like their dateTime attributes returned to them in a format other than the defaulted one. For example: instead of "YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss", they would prefer "yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss"
which might be more compatible with their external Web Service clients.
The provided instructions are a sample of how to accomplish this.
