Symptoms

In LODESTAR EIP or Data Manager when trying to access interval data, an error occurs:
PLM0440: Interval data not available. Verify interval data source file and CIS Billing Options - Check Options. PLM0390: Unable to connect to the interval data service, initialization failed: error code 3003012. -{BTE3012}

This occurs when the interval data is stored in a Pervasive database (.bte).
