Incomplete Description On Ordhead Form When Working On Create PO Mode (Doc ID 1152433.1)

When working on Purchase Order (PO) creation in Create PO mode, the Total Order Retail description on the ordhead form misses the extension "Excl VAT". This occurrence is applicable when returning to the ordhead form after having applied all order information. Opening the PO afterwards in Edit or View mode results in a complete description, even if the PO is still in Worksheet status.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a PO.
2. Add Item to the PO.
3. After Selecting Item , Excl VAT Boiler plate text disappears from Ordhead screen.
