Our case number IN-CUSTOMERNAME-010190 (Other case ID IN-CUSTOMERNAME-010190) was created from an E2B import on 16-APR-2010, a recent follow-up simply will not update IN-CUSTOMERNAME-010190 and creates a new case - Why ?
