Error Changing Status Of Service Of A Subscription Group With Required Deals

Unable to close a service with required deals.
1. Create a plan (plan with options) for IP services with 2 or 3 required deals. Create a subscription group and a balance_group for each service
2. Create one Account using Customer Center and purchase the plan created in Step 1.
3. Change the subscription service status using this flist from testnap :

Note: This is a backdated case. However, same error occurs without backdated operation too.
Note: If one is closing the member service one after the other, and then close the subscription service, there will be no error. However closing a subscription service should also close the member services.
