Unable to close a service with required deals in the below scenario:

Scenario:
1. Create a plan (plan with options) for IP services with 2 or 3 required deals.
2. Create a subscription group and a balance_group for each service.
3. Create one Account using Customer Center and purchase the plan created in Step 1.
4. Change the subscription service status using this flist from testnap:

Note: This is a backdated case. However, same error occurs without backdated operation too.

Note: If closing the member service one by one and then close the subscription service, there will be no error. However closing a subscription service should also close the member services.
