Goal
Pricing Center online documentation says:
Do not charge for this cycle - do not charge the customer when they purchase the product in the middle of the cycle.
When customer purchase the product with above setting in the beginning of the billing cycle, it is expected that the customer has the full charge.
As the product is not purchased in the middle of the cycle, but no charge has applied why?
