Global Order Parameters Are Not Passed to JProcessor (Java Code) (Doc ID 1156044.1)

Unable to access these global parameter names, values in the JProcessor code. No API is present in JProcessor too that describes  these values.


The description for such parameter in the ASAP schema documentation is:


"Global work order parameters. Global parameters apply particular parameter values to all ServiceValues (CSDLs) in a work order that have the same parameter. When you add a global parameter to a work order, the parameter values apply to all ServiceValues (CSDLs) in the work order that do not contain the same parameter. If the same parameter exists in a ServiceValue (CSDL), the ServiceValue (CSDL) parameter is used instead of the global parameter value. (tbl_srq_parm)"
