Symptoms

Unable to access these global parameter names, values in the JProcessor code. No API is present in JProcessor too that describes  these values.

<mslv-sa:orderParameters>
<mslv-sa:orderParameter>
<mslv-sa:name>ACCT</mslv-sa:name>
<mslv-sa:value>1764571</mslv-sa:value>
</mslv-sa:orderParameter>
</mslv-sa:orderParameters>

The description for such parameter in the ASAP schema documentation is:

"Global work order parameters. Global parameters apply particular parameter values to all ServiceValues (CSDLs) in a work order that have the same parameter. When you add a global parameter to a work order, the parameter values apply to all ServiceValues (CSDLs) in the work order that do not contain the same parameter. If the same parameter exists in a ServiceValue (CSDL), the ServiceValue (CSDL) parameter is used instead of the global parameter value. (tbl_srq_parm)"
