OCSG Is Sending Cancel_sm To All Available Plugins (Doc ID 1156384.1)

Symptoms

Cancel_sm is sent to SMSC in case no submit_sm_resp is received for a given period (a week as default) as a response to submit_sm.
If OCSG doesn't get a delivery receipt within the given period, the storage service will notify ALL plugin instances in ONE node that a set of messages have been expired.
ALL plugin instances react to this by sending out a cancel_sm.
