OCSB Log Issue:Java.Lang.Assertionerror Unlockcallstate Generated On High Load (Doc ID 1156533.1)

Symptoms

When the OCSB (Oracle Communications Service Broker, formerly known as Convergin Accolade WCS) is under high load  (reported at about 100cps) , the following error log appears in the PN (process node) weblogic log/stdout:
