Symptoms

In the Oracle Retail Place application, the Recurrence Allocation does not inherit PRES MIN and SAFETY STOCK criteria from the Master Recurrence Definition (MRD).  The PRES MIN and SAFETY STOCK criteria are set in the MRD record; however when the Recurrence Allocation was spawned the Criteria was not inherited from the MRD.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create master recurrence; define criteria for pres min, safety stock, pres max either at chain or store level.
2. When allocation is spawned review allocation. Result: No criteria are being copied; the criteria tab is empty.
