Unable to Configure EIP Security with SSO and LDAP (Doc ID 1157067.1)

Symptoms

When configuring LODESTAR EIP (Energy Information Platform) security, using both LDAP and SSO does not work.

SSO works fine if configured alone. When configuring LDAP, the system retrieves the users correctly in the form "firstname.lastname".
