Unable To Log Into Collaborator Workbench And Workflow At The Same Time

Information in this document applies to any platform.
If a user logs into collaborator workbench in one internet explorer window and then opens a new browser window and tires to log into workflow , they get an error message -
"You have attempted to login via an existing session. Please login with a new browser window".
They get this message even for a new browser window that they open after logging into collaborator workbench. This is not that they open the workflow for another tab in the same browser
