Symptoms
When a deal with a 50% discount is cancelled, no discount is applied for the cancel fee, there is a full balance impact of 3 Euros instead of 1.5 (50% of 3).
e.g.
Configured a product with cancel fees on /event/billing/product/fee/cancel with a balance impact of 3 Euros having discountable flag set and at the deal level that contains this product we configured a discount of 50% in the Purchase section.
