Symptoms

Following error message is displayed trying to insert a gif file to the DCM layout: File cannot be displayed. Either file doesn't exist in GLE images directory or configuration is invalid

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

DCM -> Edit DCM graphic layout -> Insert image.
