Consider this scenario:
Configure 1 roaming partner and check the number of open DB connections to Pipeline DB after start
Configure additional roaming partner and check the number of open DB connections to Pipeline DB after start

The number of connection between cm to dm_timos and dm_timos to dm_oracle kept on increasing.
