Objectel Admin Client Feature, Addusertoweblogic is Failing (Doc ID 1163273.1)

Goal

In Objectel, After migrating data from Lower version to higher version, database will have all user accounts migrated in Objectel Database,

Now to add these users who are already present in Objectel to Weblogic, you are using Admin client feature of adding users to Weblogic.
While doing so many user accounts fail to add saying password length is not sufficient.

Here Weblogic7.0 and Weblogic9i both have same constraint of minimum password length which is 8 character, if those are accounts working fine on Weblogic7.0 then should with new as well with this feature.

Addition to it, if you have done LDAP to LDAP migration on both Weblogic there would be no issue.
