The customer suffered a configuration outage on a device after some UI error messages stating:

Could not find Definition instance

All concretes on a device went rejected and after a unplanned restart of the Cisco Device Driver (CDD) and then a full controlled system restart, configuration was removed from the device.


Devices in the network had been reloaded after some interfaces were removed.
