E2B Import Fails To Reject Cases With Duplicate Company Numbers

E2B import fails to reject case with a duplicate company number.
If a case already exists with the same company number via:
- Case Details
- [External Case IDs]
Duplicate search will catch these later, but by that time the cases are already imported/created.
