E2B Import Fails To Reject Cases With Duplicate Company Numbers (Doc ID 1164953.1)

Symptoms


E2B import fails to reject case with a duplicate company number.

If a case already exists with the same company number via:

  • Case Details
  • [External Case IDs]
Import will complete fine, and there is no error or even a warning for not importing the case.

Duplicate search will catch these later, but by that time the cases are already imported/created.
