Error in alertmgr after Creating a New Environment using copyDomain -clone (Doc ID 1165070.1)

An administrator attempted to create a new Retail Demand Forecasting (RDF) environment using copyDomain (with "-clone" argument).  Once the copy completed, they executed the alertmgr utility and received the following error:

alertmgr caught Exception: Could not open file <master_domain>/<local_domain>/data/alert.db/alert_rgrp.ary'. in line 478 of file '../../Libraries/BPlusTree/PageManager.cpp' (errno : No such file or directory)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create copy of environment using command similar to the following:

copyDomain -d 'location_of_domain_being_copied' -dest 'location_of_new_domain' -clone dom,'dom_being_cloned' -skipInput -copyWorkbooks none -maxProcesses 80 -loglevel all

2. Execute Alert Manager (alertmgr) in copied environment:

alertmgr -d . -findAlerts -navigationThreshold 5000 -loglevel all
