Wrong Value For Int_Reset-Timer-Interval-In-Seconds (Doc ID 1165133.1)

Symptoms

The problem is related to the reset timers defined in the sip.xml file of the IMSCF component of WCS.

WCS sends Reset_Timer messages based on the int_reset-timer-interval-in-seconds value configured in IMSCF sip.xml file. 

The problem is that the interval is not used correctly by the WCS, and a wrong interval is used. (the interval is wrongly taken from int_reset-timer-value-in-seconds field in the same sip.xml)
