The following question and answer is for product CCB and Functions "Workflow Process Template" and "Workflow Event Type". However this can also occur for products ETM, BI, and RMB.

When working off of the admin menu workflow template and workflow type entry screens, no documentation comes up when you press the "?" icon at the top lf the screen. A document comes up, but under each heading it says....

Workflow and Notification is specific to Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing.
