When attempting to load data into Demantra from EBS using an Integration Interface, an error is received when calling the stored procedure that launches the Import Transfer Step.

The following error is seen the EBS/VCP concurrent request log file:

About to execute the following SQL Statement:
SELECT utl_http.request( 'http://<hostserver:port>/demantra/WorkflowServer?action=run_proc' || '&' ||'user=dm' || '&' ||'password=8F489E765ADD66CEA532CA1AFF150E01610199E3' || '&' ||'schema=APL_LOAD_SALES_FORECAST' || '&' || 'sync=no') FROM  dual;

The error is signified by the '-1' Status after running the SQL statement.

If the encrypted password is replaced by the actual password in plain text, the SQL statement executes successfully.

1. Launch the concurrent request to Upload the Sales Forecast data
2. Receive the '-1' error.
