When using a subscription group applying billing time discount during a bill_now, several cycle discount events are generated for the same service ; actually there are as many cycle discount events per service as there are services in the subscription group

Steps to reproduce

  1. create a plan with subscription group :
           /service/ip --> subscription service
           /service/email --> member service
  2. configure a bill time discount by first creating an aggregate discount to aggregate all cycle forward charges and then a bill time discount to provide 10% discount on the aggregated charge
  3. create the above aggregate discount object and bill-time discount objects linked to subscription service /service/ip)
  4. create a product with simple Monthly Cycle Forward of say 100Euro on service /service/ip
  5. create an account with the above plan(in step a) and purchase the product and discounts (created in step c and d)
  6. run op_bill_make_bill_now .
