Internet Explorer Crashes with Problem Event Name BEX in JVM.DLL Modules When Accessing LSH Lookups

On Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub (LSH) 22.214.171.124 version,
When attempting to launch Lookups from "LSH Setup Admin" navigator,
the following error occurs:
"Internet Explorer has stopped working
Problem Event Name: BEX
Application Name: iexplore.exe
Application Version: 8.0.6001.18928
Application Timestamp: 4bdfa327
Fault Module Name: jvm.dll
Fault Module Version: 0.0.0.0
Fault Module Timestamp: 41ee217b
Exception Offset: 000bc1f8
Exception Code: c0000005"
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login to LSH application (running on top of EBS 126.96.36.199);
2. Select "LSH Setup Admin" from Navigator screen, and click on Lookups link.
