Goal

The goal of this document is to provide complete documentation of the process necessary to add new Geographical Areas. An example of when this might be required is when service is expanding into a country that previously was not supported by your company. Until complete associations have been made and the proper hierarchy built in both the Utility and MetaSolv Solution Application, End User Locations for the new territory cannot be created.
