Internal Error/Core Dump With TP Rate Propagation On Table Names With 19+ Characters

Symptoms

When running a Transfer Pricing (TP) Process Id that uses the Propagate Rates option in Oracle Transfer Pricing (TP) 4.5,  an Internal Error in the Server Status Screen is received and a core dump  is recorded in the Request Queue (RQ) Log:
