Customer Center Does Not Display Time With Seconds Precision (Doc ID 1169795.1)

Customer Center does not display time properly (in seconds' precision) due to which the CSR assumes it a duplicate record. Below steps will clarify the problem.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create account with Standard GSM Telephony plan
  2. Load multiple CDR records within the same minute and same duration (with difference in start time in seconds )
  3. View the records from Customer Center --> Bill In Progress --> Item Charges --> Events associated to this Item
  4. The 'Time' column shows only minute precision and seconds are not shown and CSR tends to assume they are duplicate records.

Note: Of course the CSR can select the event, go into the Actions-->Event Details, and look for the events to get the exact timestamp, but that is not easier than getting to view the exact time stamps of all events of that item, at the same time under the Time column.
