Timos Memory Increases During Billing (Doc ID 1174605.1)

Symptoms

On our production platform, TIMOS memory increases by 1 GB/day. On primary TIMOS server, memory increases by 600 MB during billing and by 400 MB during the rest of the day. Even after running for 6 days, memory keeps increasing at the same rate.
