While adding a hierarchical account as a member of another hierarchical account, PCM_OP_BILL_GROUP_ADD_MEMBER fails with NO_MEM error if the hierarchy contains large number of members in it.
The hierarchy has about 1600 accounts and about 64.000 offers. In case of trying to create new account and assign it to the hierarchy, the following error is raised:
