Symptoms

When attempting to run Funds Transfer Pricing process, the following error occurs.

Error:
ORA-01019: unable to allocate memory in the user side

Steps:
1. Created a Transfer Pricing Rule.
2. Ran a Standard Funds Transfer Pricing Process via the command line.

$ cd $FIC_HOME/ficdb/bin
$ ofstp INFODOM_200068 TP Task1 20100719 ProcessId=200068,UserId=myuser

Error(Oracle Financial Services Application error) (203105) Oracle drv_oci error:
